Hi, fellow Star Wars Fans and Action Figure Customizers! I'm new to Imperial Shipyards (as of January 13, 2012) and started customizing about two years ago. This is a topic for my customs, both old and recent. Enjoy!

I aim to make figs that either Hasbro will never make (characters from games, books, etc.), has made badly, or sell for ridiculous prices online.

Go to my FaceBook Page for exclusive photos of my customs and Works-In-Progress
Don't hesitate to give it a like! :D

So, here's my first custom:

Walon Vau - clone commando training sergeant, wielded a beskad
His black armor stands for justice, and he was the trainer of Delta Squad.

He's from the Republic Commando series by Karen Traviss

more pics...

for the rifle's sling (if that's what its called), I used one of them "wire twisters." They work really well, and they can be shaped into any shape :D

close up pics

for the blaster, I used a Jango WESTAR-34 blaster and glued on a sniper rifle scope from the "secret weapons" packet that comes with Saga Legends figures

also, the "wookie braids" I painted silver, sort of a rough version of Skirata's durasteel chain

Thanks :D

btw, the walon vau's paint scheme is very different from the Hasbro's "supposed-to-be" Walon now B'arin Apma paint scheme

I'd actually  originally intended him to be another Mandalorian, and over the years, he's changed from brown to gold to black :D

Mandalorians Rule!  Awesome work!  The RC books are some of my favorite SW books.  Can never have too many Mandos.  Welcome to the Yards, my friend.

too bad she didn't finish the series.  Not her fault.  One cool thing is that it allows us to come up with our own endings using our customs.  You should check out my RC novels inspired characters.
