LOL. We have a video podcast here focusing on Customizing and a bit of collecting we call Custom Action Figure News. The new one is at the top of the front page now and on our Facebook and Youtube Channel.

I have watched the show! Thank you so much for the positive comments! When I see my son playing with these toys is my biggest reward, but when fellow StarWars fans also comment on them so positive as you guys do, it is pretty rewarding to! Thank you!

You are quite welcome. One of my biggest joys in the hobby is finding neat new custom SW Stuff and showcasing it. I kinda feel like I am giving  back to the hobby I enjoy.

Anyhew, I am hoping perhaps we can have an episode of CAFN that is totally centered on your work. Your son could even talk about how he likes his SW Toys! And you could perhaps show us a bit about your process about how you go designing, making the parts, and then putting one of these together. And then there is your whole painting process. This could easily make an hour show. If you would like too though. No pressure, some folks just don't want to be on camera and I can understand that too.

You're asking me a hard thing!
I guess I'm a person that does not like being on a camera, but I will think about it. The biggest problem will be my English.
It is not my native language and my son absolutly doesn't speak English at all!
I will think about it okay? I will come back to you.

i saw you were from overseas but i did think your english in terms of writing ''typing'' is quite good. their are a lot of people i've come across on the net and they are far worse. your typing is prob just as good or better then people that speak english as their first language.

if your shy to be on camera be one of those weirdos that just uses some image as their pic when they talk. haha :) naah, thats even weirder actually. im jk with ya but it is odd when ive seen people do that. haha

No worries. If nothing else I can continue to spotlight your work on our customizing segment. I will also note that we have had foreign customizer interviews before and lack of great english isn't a drawback at all. The focus is the work and I don't care what language you speak, your work is awesome! And please, don't let this be something to bother you, I meant it as the highest compliment.

Some new characters I made this weekend

On request of Tamer Maximilan Veers
also a hologram and a Kaminoan

Mas Amedda (I will post a Progress Build series on him somewhere else on this forum)

This are the best two characters I made until now!
Ladies and Gentleman, introducing to the Star Wars Galaxy: Jedi Master Ben Alius and his son/padawan Levi Wan Kanobi :)
And next to them a Wookie Bounty Hunter (don't know his name) from the Marvel Darth Vader #1 comic

These are really cool. Veers is my favorite Imperial officer. I really like how you built figures of star wars versions of you and your son he must love it.

After a couple of very busy days, I finally found some time to extend the #buildingtoysformyson collection.

First, a nice chair for the emperor:

Also, on request of my son, a small droid army with General Grievous as it's leader:

Finaly a T.I.E. Fighter.
More of that one can be found here: http://www.imperialshipyards.net/SMF/index.php?topic=9665.0

A small update on some small things I've build lately...
These toys are edited to my sons collection now...

The Kalidor Shadow
(More pictures to be found here: http://www.imperialshipyards.net/SMF/index.php?topic=9689.15)

And some figures... with my sons big time favorite Darth Maul.
For myself the T.I.E. pilot became my favorite!

Beside this forum there are several other people that are interested in My #Buildingtoysformyson project. One of them asked me why I don't have a blog or something like that, where I show all the stuff I've build.
I thought that was a good idea... so this time I did not build something whit wood, but with digital building blocks  ;)

The blog can be found here: http://gewooneenchris.wix.com/buildingtoysformyson

At the right side of the home page I've created a block where I would like to place some reactions on my project. Hemble was so kind to provide me with premission to use one of his reactions. I would really like if some of you could give me a reaction/quote that I could use for that space on my blog.

Consider this a big ole yes for me (comments). You can use one I have already given till I come up with something a little bit better thought out!
