Having experienced the effect of the different timezones during my podcast  ;D, I was wondering when the deadline is exactly? I mean, which timezone will you apply for Oct.19th? If it's midnight EST, then that is Oct.20 6 a.m. for me, you see. But midnight Pacific time is something like 9 a.m. on the 20th. Just checking, because I'm cutting it real close here, not intentionally, though  ;D

Here's a final WIP shot of Novoc Vevut. Too clean for a Mando? You got that right, but rest assured, that'll go away!

THIS IS MY ENTRY!

This Mando is based on everyone's favorite Dinobot, Grimlock!

Grimlock, Mando Merc






This shot has no photo-manipulation, I just turned off my light and let the ambient room lighting filter thru the magnifier.


The body is a New Vintage Jango, random G.I. Joe gun, sword and backpack, with ARC Trooper pauldron.  The backpack was chosen because it simulates the "wings" seen in Grimlock's robot mode.

Okay, my Mandalorian warrior is finished, assembled and waiting to be photographed tomorrow.
This is going to be a very just-in-time entry, but I think he looks quite okay.

Remco, that is looking freaking sweet! I love that sculpt job on the dreads! I really like the green, olive green, yellow combo. Can't wait to see the final presentation!


Darth Optimus, wow! That is a fine entry! I love the Transformer cross over idea and great paint work on this guy! I really love that backpack, what is it from? That gun mod and cortosis sword is another excelent touch and reinforces the Transformer look very well. Finaly, I love the storage containers in the background! You know that kind of stuff always catches my eye! Very well done my friend!

working on mine right now!  WOOT!  It won't be as awesome as some of these that I've seen posted here so far, but at least I'll have an entry.
I'm also wondering about the deadline... I know its tomorrow... I'll try to get images posted by the end of the night or early tomorrow morning... 

ANY chance there could be a 24 hour extension?....  (it'd be ok if theres not)
