That is one fantastic recipe. I really like this version of Rey. Probably better than any good guy version of her.

Wow!  The TFA and TLJ customs are stellar!  Though I don't want to think about a dark side Rey, the work you've done is beautiful.
I dabble in the Star Wars Universe of Toys... I rip apart little plastic people and turn them into other plastic people. Sometimes I take pictures of them and post them.

Thanks everyone. Glad you like the Dark Side Rey, I'm really pleased how she turned out and it came together quite quickly. I had the idea after seeing Rei Kennex's cosplay. I was originally just going to repaint the Rey (Jedi Training) figure to black, but it kind of developed and I wanted to use existing black legs, so I used the Jyn Erso figure too. I might do some shots with Anakin's/Luke's/Rey's blue lightsaber and have her as an ambiguous Jedi - as Luke was in ROTJ.

Carrying on the theme of dark side ambiguity. Here's a 3.75" Luke as a Jedi Master in a black outfit. Probably been done before, it's a simple custom using the TVC 79 Darth Sidious. Repainted head from a Force-Link Luke (Jedi Master), dremeled to fit. Hands are from the TBS #20 Jawas 2-pack. Cloak from TSC 034 Garindan.

Darth Rey is looking great! Really like the costume you created for her! I have to admit like dark side Luke most, though! Just because it's Luke. They both look awesome! Very interesting thought here.
Awesome kit-bashing and painting action here. I'm very surprised that the Jawa hands actually fit! Luke's head looks great on Sidious's body. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Philipp. I was surprised too with the Jawa hands, I put them on the figure having found them in my box of loose hands, but didn't know what they were from because I was only looking at full sized figures. Then I saw my other Jawas and realised that's what they were.

Luke looks excellent. Using the Sidious body was a great idea (and means less painting). I love the paint touches you gave Luke's head. I agree with Darth More, would never have suspected Jawa hands would work so well. Keep up the creative work!

Both figures are phenomenal.
Nice mix of parts on Luke.
Interesting idea to use Jawa hands.

Thanks for all your comments. Here's a 6" version of the 3.75" custom figure I did a while back, that was inspired by Female Mandalorian Cosplay.

Boudi Qara (Mandalorian Bounty Hunter):

Figure:
• Torso, upper-arms and boots modified from 6" Black Cat (Marvel Legends Infinite Series Spider-Man)
• Knees, thighs and hips repainted from 6" Felicity Smoak (DC Collectibles Arrow)
• Forearms slightly modified from 7" Jane Foster (Marvel Select Thor)
• Hands repainted from 6" TBS Kylo Ren (Unmasked 26)
• Head and hair heavily modified from 7" Hit-Girl (Neca KA2)
• Noise chain cut from basic jewellery
• Boot pockets cut from 3.75" Boba Fett (Rebels MS05 2-pack w/Stormtrooper)
• Soft goods cape cut from an old t-shirt

Mandalorian Armour pieces:
• Chest, neck, back, stomach and knee pieces cut up from 3.75" Jango Fett removable armour (TAC 57)
• Shoulder pieces cut from 2x 3.75" Boba Fetts (Force-Link 2-pack w/Han Solo)
• Codpiece cut from 3.75" Boba Fett (SW Saga 03/08 - I think?)

Belt section:
• Belt & holster from 6" TBS Sergeant Jyn Erso with added painted elastic strip
• Hip bags cut from 2x 3.75" Chewbaccas (POTJ Dejarik Champion)
• Small ammo pouches cut from 3.75" Boba Fett (Force-Link 2-pack w/Han Solo)
• Vibro-dagger sheath modified from 3.75" Shanna (Marvel Infinite Series)
• Removable waist ammo belt modified from 3.75" TFA FO Stormtrooper Squad Leader's Ammo Harness

Weapons:
• Removable flamethrower gauntlets, flames and Jetpack modified and repainted from 3.75" Boba Fett (Force-Link 2-pack w/Han Solo)
• Blaster from 6" TBS Sergeant Jyn Erso
• Vibro-dagger slightly modified from 7" Hit-Girl (Neca KA2)

More images to follow with various other weapons.

That is a very impressive figure.
Thank you very much for the detailed partlist.
I don't know if it is a good idea to use a flamthrower wearing a outfit like this ;)

Thanks all for your comments, glad you like. I'll post a few more pics of her soon with different accessories.
This is one of those figures that there's so many options for weapons.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Her boots with heels wouldn't be too good in a chase either, especially in sand :D

Stunning figure! Its a very involved parts list, so this must have been a complicated build. The hard work paid off. The details in the figure are masterful and seem to fit together seamlessly. Really outstanding.
