I got an idea but need a custom lightsaber, I have sculpey 3 would that work or would it become brittle?

Sculpey 3 is good I have used it before and never had any problems.

Hi All,

Here is some WIP pics of the figure I'm doing and it's from the fan film Makazie One - http://www.makazieone.com/. Due to moving in just under a week I thought I would get at least one figure done for the comp just incase I don't get a chance to do anymore.

I have started filling in the joints and have added the neck cover by using AVES fixit sculpt, the karma is from an old piece of material I had in the cloth box and everything else is the standard 6" Hasbro Stormtrooper.

I have added a reference pic to show what am after.

Yeah I saw it a few months back and loved it and if you look on the WIP dio there is a stormy helmet that is going to be in the water.

Hi All,

The dio is almost complete I just have to had a few more layers of realistic water to the swamp and add a small amount of weathering to the ground work and figure and then I will get my usual outdoor pics done.

awesome job Ron.  Fantastic work with the whole thing.  Your diorama pieces never cease to inspire.  I've never been a fan of taking the action figure and making a static piece out of them, as I want to be able to "play" with my toys, IE: pose them and move them.  But I have thought about doing small dios like this as set pieces which my figures can be posed into for display...  and every time I see one of your pieces I want to revisit that idea.

Anyway, I picked up parts for my project yesterday.  I went to target, 2 walgreens, walmart and TRU.... I had no real project in mind and was looking for inspiration as I went...   I found a tie pilot at walgreens but didn't want to use it for this project....  I almost bought a han to do something with, even sat on my phone at TRU for a while trying to research ideas to do with it (ESB han?  ROTJ endor han?... boring!)... then in a stroke of last second looking I found a clone trooper.  I grabbed it with a brilliant thought...  to re-visit a past project that I never fully completed........  I will leave you with that for now, but I will say, that this figure will be meant for a vehicle I have already created
