I get my LED kits from www.modeltrainsoftware.com. they have really cool kits like welding lights, fire, strobe lights, even tiny Christmas lights. The kits come with everything you need. Switches, wires, battery holder, and shrink tube. The company is based in Colorado. I live in VA, it arrives at my door in 2 days. The only hard part is finding a good location to place the battery, but you can also get the AC/DC adapter kit.
I'll definitely save the link.  I've been looking at LEDs from Asia, but I'd have to get it all the components ala carte

Lol I guess that would make Darth Vader Rosco. Thanks again Tamer.

Yeah! I've seen him on some behind the scenes photos. Not sure where they were going with it , but that would be a great custom.

I painted the base coat and added a few decals. I may add more or hand paint some details. I still need to give it the ol heavy weathering. Right now its what it would look like in pristine condition, but we can't have that now, can we.

That thing looks snazzy on the front pages. I almost hate to see you mar the ole girl up.

Ah, who am I kidding, I normally like the weathered look the best. Good job though JDeck!

Fantastic! I love the Rebel logos and the Red 5 markings. Seriously, Hasbro should offer you a job.

Very cool, the early Rebels will certainly have used obsolete material.

Thank you Tamer. I'm sick as a dog today, but I'll weather it soon.  I hadn't missed a day of work in 5 years, I think I'm getting better.

Lol. Yeah I don't know why Hasbro is abandoning realistic 3.75 vehicles. The decals I used were spares from the Bandai kits. The rebel logos and kill marks are from an EBay seller spuds87 or something like that.

I've been playing this game on my phone called Star Wars Commander. The rebels use a lot of clone wars rejects. They say anything in games are canon. Its a really cool game if your into war strategy games.

Thank you Ron. I haven't finished weathering yet, I just need a couple washes.

I should have read your post correctly mate and I still think it looks brillant even thou you haven't given it the heavy weathering yet.
