I think most of the folks here who make their own decals do so using their own printers and sticker sheet stock from office supply stores like Staples. That and a good photo editing program.

CV, I purchase my printer compatible slide decal sheets from e-bay. If you already have the source material then the only additional item you need is a can of clear automotive lacquer.

The decal sheets are available in either clear or white.

Once you've printed out the designs you need to spray the sheets with a couple of coats of lacquer in order to seal them against water bleed.
