Star Wars Custom Rum Sleg
I modified the existing figure with a GI Joe Crotch and legs upper torso still has whole body swivel
gave it a repaint and some washes and Rum Sleg is ready to wheel and deal at the Cantina in Mos Eisley
The last Set of pics I was messing with the effects to make it look cartoony
I originally bought the figure to get parts cast off of it and then it sat disassembled for the longest time till today

You have just shown here why it would be so awesome to get JOE Style articulation (at least in some points) in our SW Verse. The parts just blend seamlessly here in my opinion and you have created the ultimate version of this figure. If Hasbro would do something like this there would be no need for any further revisions to this figure. It is fantastic. I know some folks think the JOE stuff might improve the articulation at the price of the aesthetics, but you have shown that is not the case. This figure makes a great case for why we need JOE style articulation in the SW Verse.

I have wanted to hear you opinion on that new Degobah Luke when you get a chance. Needless to say Hasbro first blend of JOE parts with our SW Verse doesn't look the best with that one, but I am hopeful that at least we can work our way up to the kind of figure you have created here. Of course I am taking this to the front page. I can't say enough about how great I think this figure looks. Thank you for sharing it with us.

I passed on Rum Slug because of the nankles.  I have almost a dozen MARS troopers for fodder.  After seeing your work here, I could cry.
Nice job.

On closer inspection, your custom looks like it has MARS trooper legs.   :'(

What do you think of that new Degobah Luke coming out Tankster?

Better yet, would there have been some better hips to use for it?

Great work man, I totally agree with Tamer. Some people don't like the Joe hip articulation, but done like this, who can complain?

That is simply stunning! I'll never get over the level of commitment and detail from the customizers here.
I have altered the action figure. Pray I don't alter it further.
