Thanks guys -this competition has seen soon truly awesome entries and I'm just glad that I managed to get my three done in time!!!

I know what you mean about the headsculpt LE I'm having real difficulty trying to find one that matches Vic's toon! 

JM - the paint is a hand blended orange/red that I made using Vallejo   paints 

Tamer - I'm not doing a helmet for this trooper as in game Vicky uses the 'hide headslot' function for Hudson which always shows him as unmasked!!

Thanks once again guys for all the really kind comments, I've had some really tiring shifts at work recently and been too worm out to pick up my paints for a while. However I'm about to get back on it!!

Hey, it looks awesome without a helmet. Like the TOR Trooper that was scarred up for the TOR Video Game Previews.

If she decided to put a helmet on him you can always paint one up later.

I just relistened to the podcast this past weekend too. I can't wait to see that new Blanx project you talked about too.

Hey folks!

Got a couple of new WIPs to show you all...first up is my StitchFett influenced Blanx Alpha Republic Commando...













As mentioned in my podcast with Chad and Shawn I'm doing three of these guys as part of my first dio, they will be a Post- Order66 Imperial Commando desert search team, hunting down Jedi! I can't wait to really get started on them!!

I'm also working on something else, just for fun...My Dremel is getting a right old work out these days!!

Dear Optimus on Cybertron...those WIPs are outstanding.  While I'm a HUGE RC fan, I cannot believe how excited I got when I reached the bottom and saw the Robocop upgrade.  "HOLY COW...ROBOCOP!" is what I yelled out loud, startling my son.

That RC is awesome. I just wonder how tall is he compared to a normal RC or a VC Clone Trooper? I love your next project ROBOCOP!!! I can't wait to see that one finished!

Hey guys thanks for the great feedback!! The articulation in this RCs is pretty groovy - as Tamer said you can pose them in the most goofy of stances!



This guys is a prototype who needs some cleaning up prior to painting as I wasnt sure how much grinding of the Blanx would be needed when I started out!

And as for height? Here's a comparison...there's not a lot in it to be honest!



I'm looking forward to building my battle damaged Robo next! Thanks once again for looking...
