When you put the helmet on the head does it deform the helmet in any way? That is something that always bothered me about the hasbro legacy/evo/vintage Boba. From your pics it looks good but pics don't always capture these small things. Lookin great man!

It bends about 1 or 2 mm, that's it. Can't notice any difference.

Alright guys, I pretty much have Boba done now. I went to thedentedhelmet.com and tried to copy some of the scratches in the helmet and jetpack. I made his Wookie braids out of twine that I also painted. Still need to fix some paint rub issues behind the knees. I am just waiting on his gauntlet power cord in the mail. Once I get that on he'll be done. Hope you guys enjoyed this build so far. Here are some pics.

Mara Jade. Just swapped heads with a TRU excl. Black Widow with the lightup base. Really easy since the neck nubs are the same size.

A nice, simple customization, but a welcome one. We really do need more headsculpts to work with than just the four or five we have floating around the Joe and SW collections!

Alright dudes, here  is my current project. Marcus Luttrell from the book and movie "Lone Survivor". He's holding a sat. phone and an M4. I'm going to try and make a Mk12 special purpose rifle. This is just the initial build to get his basic look down. I still need to add some pouches to his vest and a knife. Obviously he needs some paint too.

I'm reading the book for the 2nd time right now and I've watched it on DVD 4 times. I love it. Well I just about got him done. I might even go back and give him a different head. Just using the M-4 as a stand-in right now.
