The Sonic Landspeeder is a grail item for alot of MISB collectors, This was a JC Penny exclusive. *g's for a graded one is nuts, but a primo sealed item will fetch a few thousand bucks,   there are some good examples floating around currently in the 2-3 grand range.

I remember seeing one of these at a flea market/toy show in the early 90s.  It was loose and incomplete and I remember thinking they were still asking an outrageous price for it.

As for BriansToys, I've bought stuff from them before as they occasionally have some good deals. But by and large their prices are extremely inflated.  Their business has been around for years though, so evidently someone is paying those prices.
