Oh, reminds me!!  I found something at the Dollar Store to use as shipping containers!  I'll have to dig them out of the workshop and take pics.

Wow, those cw figures rock also. I too like the look of Anakin's painted helmet. Nice Job on Thire and his buddies. Did you paint up that Fox?

A well-built sniper rifle is a beautiful thing. Ours has two zoom modes, "Up close and personal" and "Hello, you're dead

Funny Jules, just trying to get everything posted here. haha

Hey Doc I hope to see what you found at the $ store. I love the cheap stuff as you can tell I recycle everything. I even have a pic of some more interesting junk I have not done anything with.

Clonehead I bought that Fox in a lot of "damaged goods" off ebay. The seller tried hollowing helmets and other horrible attempts at various things on about 5 clones. He had started sanding the paint off to look like battle damage or something and it looked like crap. I touched up everything as far as red painted parts on the figure and helmet. Oh yea I filled the holes in the cheeks of the helmet with fix it and sanded that down a bit before painting.

Barry I can hear the music playing now and glad you like the background. I'll get to that in the dio section soon.

CloneCommander thanks and yea I love my low budget background fillers. They are super fun and easy. Not to mention I might save our environment with all the recycling. I'll have more on this soon in the dio section. For now here is more interesting junk...

Dang, Louis, you're quite the neat freak! I love it, as I can somewhat relate. The 'behind the scenes' shots of that background is something that I really enjoy.
Thanks for sharing that. Solenoid sprinkler head? Genius!
Your quite inventive, son.

And he's - thankfully - very willing to share his secrets and inspirations!  No matter *how* many times you PM him asking about this part and that...  ;D

Wow, your cantina denizens are AWESOME! Now all you need is a sweet bar / distillery thingie, and you'll have a great scene! Also, that anakin helmet you made is freaking great, it totally completes that little shoulder/chest pad of armor he always wears!

Barry - I'm more of a semi organized pack rat. Sometimes I wreck my entire office working on 4 or so things at a time then organize again. Glad you liked the pics of my junk...uhhh that doesn't sound right...

Doc - thanks for the kind words man. I am big into karma and paying forward when I can.

Xizor - the cantina is one of my favorite locations and I love the scum and villany that populates it. I have also enjoyed making the Clone Wars guys for my son. He said Anakin needed a helmet like Obi Wan so I painted it up to match and gave him new lower arms.

Right you are Barry. It is so awesome I was compelled to immortalize my pal Jules in plastic today. Anyone recognize this guy in Imperial outfit?
