ORIGINAL POST: I'm the one who created the 1:18 scale U-wing build-it-yourself kit last year. My latest project:

I created a vintage style cardback kit. It includes pre-made layer stacks that work on Paint-NET (a free image editor for Windows). Basically, all you need to do is add a photo or artwork, turn on or off layer categories for figure frame and nameplate sizes, bar frame effects, etc., and you can generate a vintage-style cardback design more easily and faster. The result will be a cardback in 6" x 9" size, 300 dpi. I even include instructions for how to glue your printed cardback design onto card stock.

I hope all of you custom/bootleg/art figure creators can put this to use. I always enjoy seeing your creations!

If you use another image editor, like Photoshop, then you can download just the templates.

Nice man, nice. I used to use paint.net back in the day but eventually swapped over to GIMP when Paint.net kept making me update to a point where it corrupted and i hated having to reinstall it every few weeks/months.

Time to get some of my customs some cardbacks :D
