That's a great idea that you had for your troop transport! On the front page.

Wow, that plaster looks awesome. What  a great idea to use that CD case for! We have a rebel troop transport. Wow, this would look good as an Echo type base.  Clint beat me to the front page.

oh so very cool.

Its weird how much that fits the part, even before you give it the treatment.

Thanks guys, glad everyone is liking it. Now to answer a few questions. The left and right lower sides and the middle section was made from styrofoam packing pieces that were in my attic. The upper left and right sections were made from sheet styrofoam. I cut everything out with a razor knife and sculpted everything with my hands/fingernails and only in a few places used a wooden skewer. The plaster is regular dry wall joint compound thinned with water so it doesn't go on too thick. Also when it dries it cracks really nicely due to all the water evaporating so it leaves a nice rocky look. Clint you are right I now have a few more cargo bins that can mount onto the Big Mother Trucker. Now I am off to finish painting the storage rack and prime the walls, maybe another update tonight or tomorrow.

Oh yea, as for the transport all I want to do is fabricate the seating, a platform on the back with controls for a driver and paint it. I was thinking about sticking with black, what do you think about the color of it?

This looks great. All I think it needs is some catwalk on one of the upper parts for that Walker! O0

Ha, nice work with blue cargo container! Looks like you even found the exact same shade of Krylon I used! ;)

The tape organizer transport is brilliant. I think you have some of the most creative use of found parts I've ever seen.

I think that a dark grey might be cool. just get some cool looking controls in there and it should do fine.

haha trash to treasure Dan. Clint after the primer coat I had to leave it white. The controls are quite simple but I may add a computer screen or something between the levers. It seems this type of transport would be very simple. There are more pics in my vehicle thread.

Your dio is coming  along great and getting equipped nicely. That transport is kicken! It almost needs something but I can't put my finger on it. Perhaps some markings. I can see some yellow caution stripes or checks. I don't know. perhaps some brake lights or something.

Thanks guys, and Clint you are right. I had thought about adding a yellow or blue stripe down the side and I want to cut off the tip of some lightsabers and insert them into the 2 holes by each steering handle. She does need a little something to finish her off.
