New York Toy Fair 2013
« on: February 02, 2013, 05:42:15 PM »
I am so happy to report that I received word today that our very own The Spectre is gonna be on the ground reporting for Joe Customs dot com and that he is also gonna be kind enough to forward all of the SW Items our way. I am so looking forward to more information about the Hasbro 6-Inch Black Lines. Time to work on a few banners for galleries.

Thanks in advance to Dan for sending us what he can.

Looks like some horrible weather is getting ready to hit right in time for Toy Fair. This might be one of the most undervisited TF ever I am thinking.

It may have been merciful to have this bad weather to mask the crap Hasbro plans on putting out there.. Maybe time for Hasbro to just give up and stick with Playdoh.

LOL. You could just be right. I hope that at least they might give the fan sites some pictures they may have to take on their own if no one is able to attend. It sure doesn't make sense from a pr standpoint to not let everyone in as there is no way folks could prepare for a blizzard.

Well folks I don't know what dedicated news we will be able to bring from TF today due to the awful weather, but I am sure we can fill this thread up with things gleaned from all over the web. Please, if you use a picture or information from another source, give the site credit from where you found it. Its only fair and something I hope folks would do if they used something from ISY. Thank you in advance for following this and lets see what news today will bring. I for one am so hoping we see some good news regarding the regular three and three quarter SW Action Figure Line and I am intrigued to see more about this new 6 Inch Line Up they have going too.

just gleaned this from Jedi News and i quote

"Just found out-Clone Wars animated style figures done for the time being. Some characters in realistic style may be in the low articulated Saga Legends line. Black series (both scales) to stay focused on films."

thats it! officially TCW gets the finger from Hasbro ,there were rumours abound about this and i hoped it wasn't true ......

Thanks a bunch Hasblow....

also means that figures online ..well their prices are going to skyrocket!

Wow. First I have heard that. See I know the sky is falling now. I get home today and see Chad has sold his TCW Darth Sidious and now I hear this.

And hey folks, Dan is still trying to get us some skippy from TF even though they grounded his train. Stay tuned to a little after 6pm as we are hoping some things materialize.

From what I have seen on FB most of the coverage seems to be on the Black Line and I must admit the first pics I have seen of that Sandtrooper and R2 look fantastic.

I can imagine us all going nuts for that 6 inch Boba with Han in Carbonite for SDCC too. Wonder how many of us will be able to get it? :(

that sandtrooper is the horses hoofs, they got the paint on the helmet right, knee sniper plate, abdomen armor, it all looks pretty darn good!
