This is Furlon Jungle Recon.  They were formed from a couple of platoons out of the 41st Elites.  After a time on Kashyyyk, a few platoons were deployed to take on a droid stronghold.  only 2 platoons worth of men survived.  They took the base and it was soon decided that these men be formed into special recon teams.  The unit was sent on to a primitive jungle planet in the outer rim.  Their mission: rescue Republic citizens being held captive at an abandoned research facility.

Thanks.  Thought I'd try a unit that didn't have a set pattern but something more individualized.  Something similar to commandos.
