Well, the boss just called and told me to stay home tomorrow because of the weather. He kind of him hawwed around talking about how little work that we had and suggested that I keep my unemployment active. To me, that sounds like I am getting layed off again and soon. After working hard on trying to get my finances in order after the last lay off, I am getting thrown under the bus again, right before Christmas or at least that's how it sounds.

I can't stand it.

Sounds extremely bad.  Hang in there.  I'd be happy to help as much as I can right now.

Thanks for your support fellers. Sounds like the weather would have been too crappy for work this week anyway. My unemployment is active so, my ducks should be in a row.

Yes, Volker, plan b does help, probably more than I think.
Pre-Christmas sales are up at my ebay store and I have sold over $1,000 worth of stuff, in the last month. Most of it, Star Wars.  Now, don't think that amount is profit and don't forget about the ebay fees. I bet they love me with all of the fees that I have been paying them lately.

I had thought that the cruel side of fate had reared it's ugly head again as when I got my oil changed last week, I discovered that I had two fluid leaks under the Magnum. The transmission was leaking fluid around some pressure sensor that dives into the side of the pan and, the rear differential was leaking on either side where the axel penetrated the rearend. Turns out that both repairs were covered by my unlimited drivetrain warranty and wont cost me anything to fet repaired. The car is at the shop today, getting the work done.

While the work is getting done on the car, the wifey and I are going to check out the Imax 3-d presentation of Avatar and then pick up the car on the way home.

Car problems sound pretty bad, but it's great to hear they're covered.  Hope you enjoy that movie!

The car repair went without a hitch or any fees. They replaced the two main seals in my rear differential and replaced the seal around that tranny pressure sensor and all applicable fluids plus did a multiplint inspection.

I did enjoy Avatar alot and will get a review wrote up for it as soon as I get some orders filled. eBay is still hopping for me and I am thankfull for that.

How much snow did you get, Shawn?
