Hi All

Wow, you have some awesome customs, I am so jealous! My personal favorites from your collection are: Dengar, Imperial Trooper Jedi hunter, Baron Fel, and your Count Dooku, I definitely want one like that someday! Is Dooku just a repaint, or did you add in some better articulation (as it looks like)? On your Dengar figure, I think the figure looks perfect, but the base seems a bit unfitting for such a cool figure... For some reason, I think some nice rocks and a little bigger base footprint would look really cool, especially if he had one leg up on a slightly higher rock like he's sneaking around hunting his next Han Solo look-alike bounty! But that's jut my thought     Great figures, keep up the good work!

Thanks for the feedback mate and Dooku was put onto a Dragon Body, and the base for Dengar waqs for a client and he didn't want anything to big so this is what I came up with.

man, your work is astounding.  That is all TRUE art, on the level of ice scupture and painting murals on brick all on a smaller scale.  Some of them its hard to tell they started "life" as toys.

brilliant!

Cheers mate and really glad you liked them.

Hi All

I finally got to watch the second episode of IMPS the other day and totally loved it, and it also gave me the inspiration to do an AT-AT Gunner which I thought was a awesome concept.

If you haven't had a chance to see either the first or second episodes go and see them there awesome,  and once the figure and base were built they were pianted with Vallejo and reaper miniature paints.

RECIPE

figure  - The AT-AT Gunner is a combination of a Hasbro AT-AT Driver and  a Snowtrooper,  the helmet has had a visor added to it from an old X-wing pilot helmet and the tbes are from the bits box. The skirt is some tissue paper glued together and then attached to the figure.

Base - The base is made from a base which I got from a $2 shop and the hull section of the AT-AT was built up using foam core and cardboard,  the interior equipment are bits and pieces from my 1/35 bits box.

The MG 42 is from some WW2 German soldiers that I have and the arm extender is made from some plasti rod and strips, the wires are from some old 1/6 radio equipment.

A well-built sniper rifle is a beautiful thing. Ours has two zoom modes, "Up close and personal" and "Hello, you're dead

Ron, that is absolutely amazing!  Your use of such wonderful bits and pieces is remarkable!  You better either secure, hide, or price this one, as Tamer is SURE to try to get it from you, any means necessary!

It's beautiful, Ron! What a great tribute to IMPS episode 2. Yes, poor Tamer is going to lose sleep over this one. Can we get a close up shot of the painting that you did on the helmet?
That base you made is killer, sir.

I see what I missed by not being able to get on the internet yesterday because of my satellite internet. Oh well, this was a nice surprise.

Let me say this about how much I like it, if you ever do decide you can part with it I would love to take a crack at acquiring this. I loved the setion with those two gunners going back and forth with the newbie and making part of the door and gun to display this is just awesome. Yes indeed, I would love to have this one. Thank you so much for sharing it here. I will try not to bug you about it, try being the oppurtune word there.
