"Old Painless" is up for grabs
-- Posted by Tamer on Tuesday, June 30 2009

Just when you thought you would never be able to get your army outfitted with heavy railguns, Clint goes and casts em. $10 smackers for two seems a tad cheap to me after all the work that went into em, but I won't argue. He is even painting them for just three bucks extra and is throwing in a resin head set at two smackers if you buy two sets. Needless to say his ebay store is full of goodies too.

Clonehead is still cranking em out!
-- Posted by Tamer on Tuesday, June 30 2009

His latest project is a Clone Wars trooper based on the shadow markings of his last RC project and one of Wraithnine's customs displayed earlier. Daggone, I am loving that flip vizor. He says it is not quite done yet, but you could have fooled me. Great work Clint.

Thriller moves performed by Vader and Troopers
-- Posted by Clonehead on Friday, June 26 2009

I wasn't a huge fan of his music but remember how much of an impact that Michael Jackson had on the music industry when I was a young lad. The man had alot of talent as was evident by his music and signature moves. In tribute to the passing of the king of pop, I have posted a link to this YOUTUBE video of a Thriller themed performance during Disney's Star Wars weekends.

Shadow squad republic commando finished
-- Posted by Clonehead on Monday, June 15 2009

I finished my version of a Shadow Squad Republic Commando figure, today. I threw a flip-visor and some of that black-light reactive neon paint on this guy, plus, gave him a "ole painless" mini gun. You can find plenty of pictures and in-production commentary in my customs thread. You can find a link to his auction, Tuesday, on the homepage of my ebay store, or in my Ebay store and auctions thread.

Clint reviews the Alien X-Wing Comic Pack
-- Posted by Tamer on Tuesday, June 9 2009

I think we all liked the look of this set. For too long have we been reading about EU X-Wing pilots and now we are finally getting some alien versions. Clint gave both of these his approval and I only think he wished the Quarren would have had a pistol holster like his counterpart.

Clonehead shows us what he has been up to!
-- Posted by Tamer on Tuesday, June 9 2009

First off from Jedinews is the new Republic Gunship which features drop down doors and is supposedly coming in two differing models from a Crumb bomber exclusive to Toysrus to another as yet undetermined one from Wal-Mart. Next up is new Y-Wing pictures as realeased by Jedidefender. That one looks to be huge! Thanks for the updates Yarders.

Clonehead is still customizing!
-- Posted by Tamer on Sunday, June 7 2009

Take a look at this desert ops clone! I think Clint must be getting tired of all the high detail snow camo, but surely thats not it. This is an awesome figure that is nearing completion. I am really liking that jet pack too.

Need a part?
-- Posted by Tamer on Sunday, June 7 2009

We have all been frustrated at times with having figures or vehicles that were missing just a small part or two. We also have little experiements we would all love to try yet the experiment doesn't justify the expense of buying another figure just for a part. Does this sound like something you have dealt with? Well, worry no more, our Clonehead is custom casting and delivering the parts you need! Just take a look at his parts list to figure out all the details.

Simply Speechless!
-- Posted by Tamer on Saturday, June 6 2009

That is what I was for a good while when I saw the pictures from this Endor Platform Diorama. You are just going to have to view it for yourself. The level of craftmanship in this is amazing. Hangarbay94 is creating dioramas of exceptional scale. I have to wonder what he will show us next.

Another great custom in the works
-- Posted by Tamer on Friday, June 5 2009

You knew it wouldn't last long till another great custom popped up. This one came from Narceron's WIP Help Thread, but this one is looking pretty good to me. I love the armored forms, but it is nice to see some regulary attired figures every one in awhile. It also seems they are planning a little customizing shindig!

Take a look at this!
-- Posted by Tamer on Friday, June 5 2009

We take this break from Star Wars customizing to bring you this special announcement,"Ladies & Gentlemen, Boys & Girls: We Have A Real ‘Star Wars’ Death Star!," according to the Colbert Report. All joking aside, it does like like the world's first superlaser capable of creating temperatures and pressure equal to that of a star or a large planet’s core has been created. All it needs is a weapon's platform. Can you imagine seeing a real Death Star in our lifetimes?!

Hangerbay 94 shows us his stuff!

One of Doc's "minions" has showed off her work here in our forums. Lets face it, there is no other way to describe this as anything but utterly adorable. It seems she has talked her overlord into some new diorama parts as well. Thanks for the update Doc.

Clonehead is still cooking!
-- Posted by Tamer on Thursday, June 4 2009

What I mean by cooking is that he goes step by step to show you how he does all of his casting and fabrication. Does anyone know of any customizer who has shared so many of his secrets? We here at the Shipyards are quite proud of our Clonehead if you haven't noticed. Go check his casting thread to see the other goodies he has cooked up.

Spudafett shows off two great new customs
-- Posted by Tamer on Thursday, June 4 2009

I got up this morning and hit the customs board knowing it would have some new additions. However, I was totally blown away by his new female Mando and retooled Terminator. The small graphics above just don't do the figures justice, you need to go to spudafett's custom thread to see the full details. That new female Mando knows how to kick some tail too! Thanks for the update Spudafett.

The Old Republic trailer
-- Posted by Tamer on Tuesday, June 2 2009

My jaw is still unhinged after viewing the new trailer. I must say I love the way the new Sith and Sith troopers carry themselves. That female jet-trooper is one character I hope we see lots off. If you haven't seen the new trailer, head on over to MTV.com and watch it on thier site.
