You knew we wouldn't go too long without our Clonehead showing off yet another great custom. This time it is a Legacy style Incinerator trooper. Boy do I like the detail on this one. Great job Clint. Get those entries in Yarders for that great Mando with dio contest.

I am getting ready for my summer reading list and wanted to make sure I included a few of the newer Star Wars novels. Some of the titles coming out in the future seem awesome. I am especially interested in the first horror SW novel: Deathtroopers and the latest in the Republic Commando series: Imperial Commando: 501st.

We all like comics and this new one found at the official website dedicated to the forthcoming game is doing an excellent job giving us background info with thier web comics every other Friday. So far there are 5 installments with the latest showing a wookie bounty hunter and boy does this look good. If the game is even half as good as the comic it will be awesome!

I found this prototype clone in a completed auction on ebay. It was listed as an arc trooper prototype but I was wondering if it could be a clone to be packaged with the Geligrub Patrol battle pack to be released later this year?

New game on the horizon

1up.com is reporting that there is a new Clone Wars game rumored to be in development. They say, "Krome Studio is currently developing a third-person action title for the Xbox 360 and PS3 called Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes." Evidently it is featuring a two player cooperative mode and will allow you to play the perspective of a Clone or a Jedi. Sounds interesting.

These are Japanese handmade wooden dolls from a Northern part of said country. They come in Boba Fett, Han Solo, and Princess Leia. For a price of $15, you could bring these home for your collection. Forum Member James could sure give these guys a run for thier money though!

This is not a complaint! I am loving the fact that Gentle Giant is listing quite a few nice Battle of Hoth mini-busts in the near future. Perhaps the one I am liking the best at this point, outside of the AT-AT driver ofcourse, is the Snowtrooper mini-bust. We can only hope Veers isn't too far off!

I made a Star Wars run to the local Target store and found this Clone Wars Battle of Christophsis BP on clearance for $39.18!
See what SW goodies myself and the other shipyarders are finding, out there, in our local finds board. Also, I will be writing up a review on this great Battle Pack in the Hasbro toy review board.

Clonehead has already created a killer dio to go with this contest custom figure and now he has switched back to camo duty. I must say Clint's eyes are phenomenal. Our Clonehead has added one more trooper to his one each of every clone and imperial soldier collection. I must say I liked the sound of the Incinerator trooper. I don't think Clint liked the Vader much though! Read his full review for the details!

I have mentioned before that I wasn't really into the skinny CW figures but I am sure proud of how this project turned out! I know a few water toys my gal is getting this summer. Can you believe the X-Wing pictured above actually has a water cannon too! You will need to check out gizmodo.com to see all the other neat inflatables like a death star beachball, a falcon floater tube, etc. Wouldn't we have loved to have had those types of water toys when we were young!

What started out as an April Fool's joke of selling a Star Wars Taun Taun sleeping bag has turned into something that could actually get made! Here is the official comment from Think Geek.com, "Due to an overwhelming tsunami of requests from YOU THE PEOPLE, we have decided to TRY and bring this to life." They aren't sure yet if it will happen, but boy this would definitely be one I would own!
