I agree with the three guys above! These figures of Han Solo look amazing! Painting faces is one of the hardest things in model building for me and you did them so well...all of them!

I'm very impressed! Excellent work! Thanks for sharing and inspiring!

Totally agree about the sculpts - I feel sorry for the sculptors who must feel like crying when they see all their hard work ruined by bad paint apps.
For example on the Han from the 2-pack, the eyes were painted on his cheeks.

Just to clarify, it was the eye paint app on the Han from the Boba Fett 2-pack that was so bad, which isn't a particularly good sculpt - the eyes are too close together.

Thanks everyone for your comments, I'm really pleased you're all still liking my customs.

A change of scene; I've not done much customising for the sequels (I'm not really getting into them), but I really like Rey's character and I wanted to do a custom for her Jakku headgear that was able to cover her scavenger and speeder scenes.
Rey (Jakku) custom headgear: Uses goggles cut from 'Rogue One' single carded Rey (Jakku) attached with cotton strap. Modified shoulder piece scarf also from this figure. Headscarf & face scarf piece cut and modified from TFA Rey's speeder figure.

Coming soon: Location shots from the 'real' Takodana.

Of course we still like your customs! There is no reason not to like them!
Rey’s headgear looks superb! So you used two to make one, right? It looks fantastic! And to be honest, I feel the same about the Sequels. Rey is a nice looking figure. To me Rey (Island Journey) and Kylo Ren are characters of The Old Republic. Kylo’s costume looks like one of an ancient sith and I’m very pleased with this design as long as Adam Driver doesn’t pop up beeath mask. My favorite is of course BB-8 - he fits perfectly in Revenge of the Sith because it’s the newest Star Wars movie (at least for me).
Keep up the great work! Your skills are amazing!

Thanks Philipp.
Yes, I could have tried to use just the speeder Rey's head for goggles and hood, but I was worried that cutting the goggles off that might cut away too much plastic from the actual hood, which I wanted to use. So I decided to cut the goggles from the 'Rogue One' carded Jakku figure, then I could cut them off without worrying how much I cut around them and then fine tune them. I also drilled out the speeder Rey hood to fit the Rey head inside; I was hoping for it to be a removable hood, but it's too tight.
Hope that all makes sense.

You nailed my feelings on the sequels too for the most part, but wow you nailed the headgear on Rey. Just a fantastic job.

Off to the front pages.

Thanks for the share Tamer.
This location shot at Derwent Water in Cumbria, England features a custom 3.75" Han Solo made from TBS TFA Han with arms from Comic Pack Fixer Loneozner, and jacket from basic 5POA TFA Han. Modified 3.75" TBS Rey (Jakku) with hands from TBS Toryn Farr.

I've posted some more location shots in the Graphic Artwork section here:
http://www.imperialshipyards.net/SMF/index.php?topic=10499.msg207676#msg207676

I'll post some more images of the Han Solo custom when I sort his torso out, because at the moment he still has the scarf form the TBS Starkiller Base figure.

Excellent job creating the modifications for Rey. They appear to work seamlessly. The location shot is great!

Thanks all for your comments. Here's some images of the custom Han Solo and the modified TBS Rey (unfortunately not from the Lake District this time).
Han Solo uses legs & lower torso section, and repainted head from TBS Han Solo (Starkiller Base), with upper torso modified from an Indiana Jones (with Crystal Skull).
Arms from Comic Pack Fixer Loneozner with hands from TBS Cassian Andor, and added shirt cuffs cut from a 'pop-a-point' pencil piece. Jacket piece from single carded TFA Han Solo.
The arms were a bit darker than the jacket piece, so I added highlights to the arms to match the jacket, rather than a complete repaint.
TBS Rey (Jakku) with modified cuffs, and hands from TBS Toryn Farr. Paint app tidied up slightly.
