Even though we know how it turns out, it's how they steal the plans is what intrigues me.

Ohh yeah definitely. We have no clue at all how or where they got the DS plans. It could involve a large scale battle or some covert operation. I am excited it'll be more of a war movie. From what I understand kind of like the Battlefront franchise you get a front line view of the battle, instead of the "space opera" we're used to. I've read the description of the concept drawings. It tells about the brutality of the Empire, how it effects normal people. Then they describe it "like a video game, dark with a lot of green.", and these helicopter like ships. They dont say anything about pilots more or less just ground troops and no bounty hunters (thank god!). I take everything on the internet with a grain of salt. Trying to separate the BS from a real possibility is difficult at this time. Hopefully they will come out with more photos and put to rest on whether or not that is Biggs or not. A lot of people are saying he looks like Biggs not just me, so they'll have to say something.

I don't mean have to find with a magnifying glass. I know these folks are a specialist team, but I think a PR shot should have given us at least one thing (Death Star briefing) whatever that was really recognizable. Course that and 25 cents won't buy you much.

So they changed the name from Star Wars Anthology: Rouge One, to Rouge One: A star Wars Story. I liked Anthology better, A Star Wars Story definitely sounds like a Disney title. Its like they took Star Wars, A Bug's life and Toy Story and mashed it into one title.
On a different note Mads Mikkelsen the guy that played the bad guy on Casino Royale is playing a good guy named Galek. I thought for sure he would be an Imperial Officer. My personal speculation is he is an Imperial Officer who becomes a traitor or something like that.
One unconfirmed rumor is they will be making a digital Grand Moff Tarkin, just a rumor I take with a grain of salt. It would make sense to have Tarkin in the movie, but digital Tarkin sounds scary.
Here are some unconfirmed pictures of some helmets that may be in the movie, the middle one of course but the other two are intriguing. The movie may also be shot in 70mm widescreen format, I like the trend of Star Wars movies being shot on film as opposed to digital. Its all hear say though no one confirms or denies anything.

Do I read "Kit Fisto" under the top right autograph?

Anyways: I'm looking damn forward to Rogue One.
Probably more than I've been looking forward to EP VII.
I've always wanted Star Wars to become darker, grittier and having the Rebellion from a boots on the ground perspective is cool.
I wouldn't mind a little Private Ryan and Black Hawk Down mixed in, the fog of war and confusion which is so typical for battle.
I'm looking forward to seeing badass guerrilla fighters and lean, mean Imperials.
Mark my words, this will be good (because I want it to be...)

The names were signed at a comic on. So there were many different characters from other movies, but the guy playing in R1 signed his name "Galen".  I agree this will be totally awesome.

The rogue one trailer will be shown  before the Marvel  Civil War movie. They say it'll be a good one. Well we'll see. I found some pics of some leaked X-wing photos, and concepts art. Evidently some AT-ATs will be involved. I can't wait.

I'm getting really excited for this movie. I'm still curious if Diego Luna is going to be playing Biggs.

Lots of new characters to love. Can you believe we will soon have an action figure of Felicity Jones? One can only hope....

I liked TFA, but seeing something closer to the OT time frame that will always get first rights has me really excited for this movie. We should see all the old troopers, ships, etc.

I'm looking forward to Rogue One much more than TFA. It could go in any direction but I hope they introduce vehicles based on real concepts not toys and that we see some of the Rogues, there's a back story there to be told too. Anyone else notice that the ground crew in TFA did a lot of running about and not much else, that's the attention to detail I found lacking in the new film

I hear Vader will have a pretty big role in this. I thought it would have a Moff or someone like that as the main villain. Also there will be dark troopers too. I'm looking for one epic battle.
