STAR WARS Red 5 the third spin off movie?

Hi guy's,

Has anyone heard that the third spin off movie could be about Red 5, the release date is 2020. If this is the case I cant wait! I think by then we will be flying around in our hover cars by then.

yea I heard about it and some other working titles for future spinoffs a few months ago on the forcecast.net's podcast. If Red5 is going to be the precursor to a Rogue Squadron show it would be something i'd be really excited about.

As imo the Rogue Squadron EU books/comics/games are probably my 2nd favorite all time.

That's awesome, I hope that's the case. I would love to see a movie based on the origins of Rogue Squadron. Rezikai, the Rogue Squadron EU books are one of my favorite EU stories as well (first being Shadows of the Empire).

Is there a link to an article or was it just on a podcast?

whew man... I know it was reported on a few of the star wars news sites like makingstarwars.net and such but I didn't read them myself Erik Blythe & Eric Geller talked about them on a podcast back in... May/June maybe? it was during the summer I know.
