Remember your veterans on this Memorial Day!
For all those service men and women who can't be home today to enjoy the holiday we remember you! All gave some, some gave all to allow us to pursue our chosen ways of life and we want to remember them and their families, especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. I would also like to thank all the veterans personally for their service!
Personally, it was an honor to serve in the US Army back from 89 to 93. My wife dug out and scanned a copy of me fresh out of basic training. I though perhaps some of you might like to see it:
On days like today I wonder what happened to those of us who made it home and how well they are doing. I am seriously horrible about keeping in touch and hope they are all doing ok.
