I am very grateful for your feedback all.

I had a package from Evilbay today and was a bit excited so here is my work in progress of my current project.

If anyone has a pair of Republic Commando forearms and hands in their tat boxes and would like to trade/receive $$$ please pm me. Thanks all.

Hasbro so needs to release more Republic Commandos. Wonder if they are on the banned EU list? Great looking wips.

Cheers Stan. Love your rumours!

I've taken a break for John, Paul, Ringo and George to enjoy the Build a Droid figures sent to me recently from Disney.

Did you know I love astromechs?

Any way, here are a few heads I've been working on. Bodies to follow.

Those astro heads are spectacular!
I dabble in the Star Wars Universe of Toys... I rip apart little plastic people and turn them into other plastic people. Sometimes I take pictures of them and post them.

Thank you MrJ and custom, and Tamer

Here are the bodies....

M5-BZ,   R0-TC,  R2-CK,  Blue Leader,  Courier

M5-BZ is a Delta Squad droid (hatch not removable)
R0-TC is based on the Y-Wing Fighter from the Original Trilogy Collection (hence the name)
R2-CK is a checkerboard design to go with my black and white R2-CQ. He's supposed to be more industrial.
Blue Leader is from a design in a Y-Wing model used in the Battle of Yavin. Luke Sprywalker has also done a custom of him.
Courier is from Rebels. Now looking for another Chopper to repaint.

You have proven that you can never have enough astro droids. I love 'em, the details and paint apps are perfect.

My Force Friday!
« Reply #118 on: September 15, 2015, 10:55:53 AM »
Did we all enjoy Force Friday? It was a bit more miss than hit in Western England, where I shop mostly. Met a few nice people at hangover time (around 8am Friday) all looking for 6 inch figures.

Amongst the TFA figures I managed to buy early I bought one set on Friday, and one set I'm not going to buy...

Here are a few customs inspired by Force Friday.
C3PO, Chopper, Lasat and Trandoshan.

The Zeb/ Chopper set went to making these guys. I wanted another Chopper to repaint. I've included the Courier again.

The Lasat was really annoying as I fluffed his legs up when removing. He doesn't stand up properly but I managed to get him into a jaunty walking position.

In expanding my Trandoshans I used Zebs body. Still needs a bit of paint.

Finally, this will be a set I'm not buying. The rubbish set of R2-D2 and C-3PO is not worth £15.99!!!

Have fun and enjoy!

* Sorry if my photos seem a bit fuzzy. Down sizing them in Photobucket seems to detract from the sharpness.
