Special Effects for Photonovels/Action Figure Comics
« on: December 20, 2019, 03:26:44 PM »
Anybody out there good with digital effects or know reliable apps that work good for this? I've found one for lightsabers, but it only has red/green that look right. Any advice or suggestions would help. My skills are more practical stuff (i.e., explosives, customs, photography, etc).

Here are some examples of my edits...hopefully they aren't completely terrible.

I know there are some folks on here who do a nice job with that. Jodo is one that works on stuff like that for his photo novels. I know there are tutorials out there for photo shop too. I haven't worked in photo shop for years now though. Lots of stuff you can do if you get good with it though.

Off to the front pages with these. I like them.

Looks like you are figuring things out. Using any website or platform to do this?

What would those apps be if you don't mind me asking.

Thanks for sharing this RC! And happy new year! Those laser blast effects look pretty nice! I will try those apps, too!
