Not bad at all, durge. The blue has a nice glow to it, I wouldn't wash over the blue personally, it looks great as is.

Custom Maquette Darth Bane & Custom Sirak
« Reply #20 on: April 04, 2013, 05:58:02 PM »
Finally finished off two more sith. First is Bane, made mostly of the Hasbro figure parts (head, torso, left glove, belt, boots) but I mixed it with the ROTS VC anakin/Vader for the hips and knees; 30th #33 EU anakin for the upper arm and elbow; Legacy Ep 2  Anakin for the forearm; Iron Man 2 comic series war machine for both shoulders, shoulder pads, and upper left arm; Legacy Comic pack luke (one that came with clone emperor) for the elbow of the left arm, and finally various parts for neck scarf and cape, hope you like it.

Now is Sirak (Bane's main contender at the sith academy), he is made from the Legacy shirtless maul as base with the man skirt thing from the movie heroes maul (one with gears on back), and finally the hilt for the saber was made from the top arm of a ROTS r2-d2

Let me know what you think  :)

Oh nice, the Bane doesn't look bad at all, and very well done with the markings on the Sirak. The double blade also is very creative, I like the look of these two together, nice work.

Custom Jedi Assassin Figure
« Reply #23 on: May 07, 2013, 06:32:30 PM »
Recently made this figure by just painting some G I Joe figure I bought Garage-saleing for $1, the head was off some other figure and I just added the cloth from a rots luminara, it was cut, the belt from a bespin luke and some random accesories. Hope you like it, also I am very new to drybrushing so let me know how I did. I know one eye is bigger than the other, I screwed up, also the last pictures were just to see if the figure looked better as starkiller.
