Thanks for the honor, Tamer.
Today, after years, I have picked up the brush again and there's no way around it, my eyes have not gotten better and my hand is pretty shaky.
I've not felt more insecure painting since Christ was a mess cook.

Still here's my interpretation of the Punisher, Mandalorian-style.

Commander_Kurgan - I really like the way the GI Joe Endor trooper turned out. Fabulous job on the Punisher Mando. You may not be so confident in your painting, but your results could fool the rest of us. Keep up the fantastic work.

I think you are being a bit too hard on yourself with the Punisher Mando. I think he rocks. Looks good on the front page too.

Thanks, people.
I have to realize that my eyesight isn't as sharp as it used to be 20 years ago and that painting is a matter of practice.
So I'll do a little more painting then, I guess.

Thanks for the honor of getting frontpaged again, Tamer.

Here's today's work:
ARC Alpha-059 "Dredd" and Massiff "Stag".

Dredd is a Comic Pack ARC figure with the head and the hands from a TVC AOTC Clonetrooper. The helmet is a Clonehead-made hollow resin ARF Trooper helmet which I painted and weathered. The holster and Blaster pistol are from the parts box. I cut part of the original pauldron off so the articulation of his right arm is much better now.
Stag is a stock figure which I picked up on Ebay.
I guess, it was captured during the battle of Geonosis and was trained by Dredd.

Somehow I can't let go of the no-paint kitbashes.
I received two Clones today which should have been Battlefront multipack Sharpshooters, but they turned out to be Commander Keller minus the white poncho. Well, I should have insisted on getting pics of the figures before sending out the payment...
Anyway, I gave Keller a kama off a TCW Rex I had in the parts bin and added the belt buckle and ammo boxes off a spare Clone ammo belt.
Keller's softgoods kama will be found on another ARC Trooper in a few days, so hang in there, people.
