How do you get the arms off of a figure anyway?

It's really simple, just blow hot air with a dryer over the figure for some minutes until you notice the plastic become softer, and then just pull the arm off using pliers to avoid burning fingers

Does the 5POA Han jacket fit?

Yes, it does fit, but the color tone is not the same as indiana jones arms. I'll need to repaint either the jacket or the arms for them to match

I made some figures using the MTF all back base figures inspired by Fallout 4's Kellogg villain. The lack of secondary colors in this specific body from the first "wave" always bothered me.
