That turned out awesome! Did you design the droid for printing? It looks great. Either way, I really like the paint job.

Thanks! I totakky want to get a printer, but I need to study the process to fully understand it, and save a bit to buy a cool one. They are expensive here in Brazil.

Thanks! There still plenty of space to paint 3d stuff better. This one was pretty OK, but I could have prepared the base better and this would also reflect on the paint and final result.

Some folks sure make it seem easy, but I know its a lot more involved (especially the design software), but I figure once a person gets it down your days of relying on toy companies are pretty much over. That would have to feel freaking awesome.

I totally agree. Being able to make whatever we want would be a nice complement to the ongoing collection.
