We here at the Yards wanted to wish everyone a Happy Fourth of July and wanted to take the time to thank our men in women in uniform who allow us to have the freedoms we enjoy today! Be safe out there today Yarders!

I told you guys to be safe and I burnt half my arm hair off in a propane grill flameout! I even burnt some of my eyelashes according to my wife. Thank goodness I didnt really get anything other than a few small red marks on my one arm. It scared the grey outta me there for a bit though.

As I reflect on America's birthday, I am reminded on how far we've come since our forefathers decided to do what was right and break away from England.  If it weren't for their incredible foresight and bravery, as well as the bravery and Patriotism of countless Soldiers and Patriots after them, we wouldn't have what we do today.  May God bless them all, past and present, as well as future.

Yepper for a propane grill flame out I was pretty lucky. Most of the red marks are gone on my arm today.
