Darksiders (The Wrath of War) is one of my favourite titles on my PS3 (duh..... I've been working on Ulthane for ages now!) and to say I was excited when news of a sequel came, is an understatement.
But finally Darksiders 2 (Death Lives) has arrived and I treated myself to the Collector's Edition, no less
Yay!
Not only features it the premium edition of the game (with DLC codes, redemption codes and what not), but also a neat booklet with artwork (I'll be getting the big one later this year) and an awesome, awesome replica of Death's mask, including a cool display stand.
I expected an inexpensive plastic replica, because this edition cost me 89 euros (regular games are priced at 59 euros), but to my very pleasant surpris, this mask weighs in at a staggering 1lb./9oz. (720 grams). Holy moly! It's crafted from one thick slab of resin/polystone, the same quality you get with Gentle Giant.
