Just playing around here, folks.
I havent made any lightsabers for a while and wanted to try out my new florescent paint on some so I made an auction tonight for these three with the uv reactive paint and threw in a clear one that I had cast up a week or more ago. I noticed that the green glows the brightest when exposed to a black light, the blue is second brightest, and the red is the least of the three.

Don't Bid on this one, Shawn, I want to see if someone hits "buy it now"

Here is a link to that auction

Also, I made listings for this concept obi wan figure with a florescent lightsaber

I also made an auction for this vader that has the saber and the controls on his belt and chest mounted airbox painted.

Wow, or light up some type of Hologram figure.
What a fabulous idea, my friend. I can imagine using a small scale model kit figure for a hologram on a holo table or say for a hand held holo emitter held by a 12 inch figure. You know, they make smaller sized battery operated black lights.
this driver costume you are assembling is making you think like a custom builder.

The paint aps to Vader's belt boxes will be pinched. You can count on it. I have been trying to figure out how I could light some up! Excellent idea Clint!

I don't see why the same paint couldnt be used to light up the orange color under your floor grates as well, LE. I have three colors that all look orange when exposed to a black light.

I believe that I have a little 8-10 inch black light that is battery operated that I found in a walmart one time. That would be a convenient size that could be worked into a diorama.

every body loves the Ole Painless Hunt for Grevious BP gun. I am making two of em tonight. One is for a shipyarder's order and the other is to serve as a promotional freebie offered  to the person who wins both of my head and helmets auctions that are ending this friday night.

You can find further details in those two auctions.

There is one of the two auctions up above and down below are some pics of the gun, the included free ammo pouch, and a couple of shots of my in-production scarlett figure toting it and ready to mow some trees down.

its the two bottom pieces that you trim off, jay?

you are welcome, my friend. I can't wait to see what you and jay do with your parts. That always is gives me a little thrill

OK, I have some new parts to show. first off is a more petite back plate for a male mando to go with the smaller front chest plate that I posted about a week or two ago. That jetpack peg hole can be left shut if preferred.

Next is an explosive laden bandolier that I have curved to make this belt for the scarlett figure. It comes out of the mold in more of a chest draped bandolier

And finally, since I had lost the lightsaber to my 12 inch mace windu and needed to replace it, I now can cast two different styles of 12 inch figure lightsabers.
Painting these up should be fun.

this was the first run of them and naturally, I got in a hurry so the next run should look even better.

Spry, I have what was likely Clint's first Vader w/ fluorouscent saber.  It inspired me to paint the details on my Fixer custom.  It is a very worthy route to take!  I have a UV flashlight that I bought in an auto-parts store used to check for coolant leaks.  Fairly inexpensive.
