The head with the pony tail is definitely not Sigel Dare.
It's a male head from Ganner Krieg, Imperial Knight. The original Hasbro part should have carrot-red hair, right?
Sigel Dare has a Hoth-Leia like hairdo, brown hair and obvious makeup.
I can post a pic if you like.

Thanks Dudes! yes, Tamer, that piece turned out pretty well. Remind me to try to pour a clear version today.

Yep, carrot top hair. Are you sure, Volker? This looks alot like a chick.

Here is a shot of the latest set of parts that I am working on.
Its another set of mando parts, male, this time.
the back plate, upper and lower leg plates, and the knee pads, cod piece, and the foot plates are all from a jango fett. I know that I have a couple of chest armor options already but I might mold up a boba fett chest armor piece for something a bit smaller. I need to cast up a helmet and a set of shoulder pads for this group as well. Perhaps I will list it as a set on ebay like the set of female armor I have up for bid now. Also, I may mold up a hollow version of the cw phase 2 wolffe helmet today.

This is Ganner Krieg.
thanks for verifying that for me, Volker and Jay. You are correct. I thought that there was a clear lightsaber in his possession. I have the fig but not the saber. Got him at a second hand shop. I am going to go and try to cast up one of those clear sabers right now.

With parts like this we may never need Hasbro again! Which seems to be a good thing as they are leaving me scratching my head lately.

Another little update here.
the three parts that you may not recognize are the two fist missiles and the belly missile to replace the ones with a Micronauts Baron Karza or Force Commander.
The one you will recognize is the Hollow version of the CW Phase 2 Wolffe. Will fit medium and smaller heads like this saga cody or this phase 1 rex.

thanks, they do seem to like it, Shawn. I made an auction for it this morning. I got to thinking throughout the day, "man, that wolffe helmet needs a rangefinder" so, I came home, drilled a hole in the side of the helmet, and cast up one of the arc trooper rangefinders for him with a peg that fits snug in the hole to allow one to position the rangefinder without it being loose so that it would hold its positions.

also, I was wanting to try to cast that atat chin cannon piece in clear resin like the vintage factory part so I gave it a go. This piece was a failure because I was in a hurry to get it poured and allowed a couple of large bubbles to form in it. A problem that I had foreseen was how was I going to be able to trim the flash off of the cast piece and not have the finish be marred where the flash was. I had thought that I could polish these areas and bring it back to its clear appearance but I think I went to polish on it too quickly while the resin was still too soft and ended up with a cloudy looking finish where I polished it at. The clear stuff is supposed to take 24 hours to set up but actually takes longer. I think if the piece was set up hard, I would have better luck with a dremel and its polishing wheel.
I will just have to try it again.
In this shot, the side, which is actually the top or bottom as mounted on the toy, looks alright. Except for the bubble holes.

But here, on the inside, is where the flash is trimmed and the finish ended up cloudy because the buffing wheel was cutting into the resin. the piece is flexing as I am holding it as it hadn't set up all the way yet.

Ill just have to try again and see if I cant figure this out.

Eh, we will see how the next try on that one goes.

got some parts I pulled out of a new mold this morning. 3 backpacks. the top one is from steel brigade, the lower left is from general hawk, and the lower right I cannot identify. It came from a fodder bin in a second hand shop that I frequent. I did modify that one master as it originally had part of a frame that stuck up over the bedroll that I cut off and carved some strap detail in its place to continue up over the bedroll.

That doesn't look like Sigel's hairdo.  Clint, can you post a close-up pic of just the head with more face detail?  One of the male Imperial Knights has a ponytail...
