As I am casting, sometimes I get a cast piece that has a large enough air bubble hole that I toss it into a pile rather than try to patch it.  for these parts are always to cut them apart and mix em together to make something different like the mixed helmets that I like making so much.
After a while, the pile grows so big that it gets in the way on my casting table. Well, I cleaned up the table this week and came up with this bag of parts that I would like to trade for some upcs that I can use towards the boba Fett mail in offer.

These parts would best be used for Battle damaged troopers, helmet mods where you would cut a couple of helmets in half and merge them together into a custom helmet, or, for those of you that like to make the zombie troopers with the cut away helmets and armor exposing the rotting carcass, these would be perfect.

Please pm me with your offer.

dayyyyyuummm... can a couple of those fall in my package? I love messups, like you said, perfect for battledamaged, that way you don't have to battle damage a real helmet, lol. If not I got about 10 more PoPs, that's the best I could come up with after using all mine.

I have already started another pile, Joe.
I'll make sure that you get some when I ship your parts, buddy.

Mr Spry has claimed the pile and asked for more parts on top of that. I will be sure to always be mindful of the discard pile from now on and managed to find a smaller hidden pile on one of my shelves. I should be shipping tour parts out tomorrow, Joe, and will see that you get some rejects with your other parts.
Orange, yours will go out tomorrow as well, as long as I can find your addy.

I also poured a new mold today and should be casting three new parts tomorrow so stay tuned.

Got a couple of shots here of an order that I am shipping out tomorrow for an ebay member.
Now this is a big order
shot one shows 6 nubbed and 6 hollow FU navy commando buckets, to the left of those are the free parts
shot two shows 4 arc trooper pauldrons, 2 with chest armor and 2 without, 4 arc trooper buckets, 2 nubbed and 2 hollow all with positionable rangefinders,
a whopping 24 hollow rc helmets, and 10 hollow fordo animated style helmets.
The buyer got that free pile and a free hollow helmet upgrade for his rc buckets.

As promised, here are those pics. This mold is successful and produces two older parts that are already on the list that I needed updated molds for. I am not showing those now.
The new parts that this one produces are the rangefinder from one of the clones in the Hunt for Greivous older bp, the tvc Rebel fleet trooper ball cap and leg ammo piece, and the helmet cover from the rots atte tank gunner fig. That bucket cover is a piece that I have wanted to mold for ages but didnt have the skills to pull off till now. I have some shots here of that bucket cover fitted over a hollowed out cw arc trooper bucket on a tvc aotc clone head and body, a tvc aotc helmet on the same body, and then there is a shot with that fleet trooper cap posed on a tac stormie head.
I stretched out that fleet trooper leg ammo piece to make it a little more friendly to mold but to change its size and shape, just heat it up and hold it to the desired position until it cools. I will be adding these 4 new parts to the list on page 1 of this thread.
