The HALO costuming community recommends Smooth-On for costume creation.  If you want to cast flexible parts, like belts, Tech-Support suggested these products:

Bottles look to be about 14oz in the sample size with a 1:1 by volume mix.  Price is $25.84 for the sample size, $100.97 for the 1gal set.  They may have suitable replacements for the Alumilite products, too.  Cheaper is always a good thing, if function and quality are unaffected.

At the moment, I make no money from referring you to these suppliers.  MisterArt has an affiliate program thru Commission Junction, but the terms of use preclude an affiliate from posting the link-code in a third-party message boards.  Rather frustrating, as I would have to set up a page on one of my sites to hold affiliate links and post THAT url on the forum.  Means folks would have to make two clicks to see what products are available.  Prolly wouldn't work well.
