Holy crap Jen and JLaban4 those are incredible helmet designs! I never thought that this thread would catch on the way it did. So far I have seen a lot of great creativity from everyone. Keep up the great work!

Here are two Mando inspired helmets: Boba Fett and my own personal one.  Just modified the original one, and added some Mando letters and weathering to go along with the designs.

(ATTENTION:  Full pieces, including the custom emblems on my rendition (i.e.the yellow "Y" shape within the rectangle, the color modified Mando letters), and the modified helmet designs as a whole, are copyrighted to me.  If you wish to use, please do not do so without my expressed written consent.  Sorry guys, don't mean to sound rude, just copyright law policy to ensure fair, protected use.  People have stolen my work before.   :-\)

USD that is some great work! You really made the Clone Helmet look like it could really be used by the Mandalorians.

Very nice JLamban4 I love Republic Commando. Now I guess I have to break it out and play a few rounds.

Well, I guess I've been sitting on the sidelines of this thread long enough. Here is a Clone Helmet designed to homage to the clone's Mandalorian roots. The Aurebesh on the left translates as "Cloned To Kill" a little tip on the hat to the film Full Metal Jacket.

I just wish I had more time to clean it up a little more.
