Ray, oh my, you have blown me away this morning! That is a beautiful vintage figure! Please share with us how you created this beauty! Any wip pics? I am guessing you sculpted over a vintage Biker Scout?  Where did the design com from? I love everything about it! Bravo!

Nothing so fancy I have to admit! The Door Gunner is a boil and pop  UK Palitoy Action Force figure

The limbs are as you guessed from a vintage Kenner Biker Scout there was some very minor sculpting on the pelvi area. The figure will be placed on a custom vintage Kenner ESB card with a modified Zuckuss rifle!

@ Clint - I should lend you the Red Wolf torso for casting mate! Palitoy distributed Action Force and Star Wars here in the UK - it wouldn't have been too hard to cross parts over (indeed watch out for my next Snowtrooper restoration!)

In the mean time - here is the AT-AT Door Gunner's rifle



And here he is being test-placed on his custom card!



Once the rifle is dry it will be taped to the bubble, I will add a 'footer board' an seal the figure on the card, then he will be off to Shawn!
