Triple-T's Customs

Howdy ! Long time Star Wars fan here !
My dear old dad collected SW figures way back in the day, through 1979-85(ish)
As a kid I rummaged through his boxes of carded figures when he wasn't looking, I even gave away some of his doubles to my friends(WHOOPS!).
Anyhoo I became a toy collector in 1998 and in 2007 I became a customizer by accident.
Some toys had fallen off a shelf and a Transformer figure was broken, I thought this broken figure would look good with some battle damage !
So I gave it a try and haven't looked back since, I probably spend too much time at it
...but I love it.
Thank goodness that figure broke hey ?
I mainly do G.I. Joe, Transformers & Star Wars customs and the occasional model kit.
Well here's some recent(this year) customs that you all might be interested in...
-Rogue Clones & Droid-
Charity Auction for Red Cross/Japan in March '11
These 2 clones have gone rogue and are out on their own bringing a little "rough justice" to the galaxy accompanied by their droid "Bucket".
This all started with trimming joints to prevent paint wear, then complete coverage of an all black base coat then colors were applied.
No factory plastic or paint can be seen so everything you’re seeing has been painted by hand/brush.

-Zombie AT-AT Driver-
Upcoming charity auction with Starwarsgeek
Imagine a dilapidated, abandoned AT-AT lost in an Endor battle long ago...the driver killed in action & left for dead.
Forgotten...moldy & mossy.......yet still remains in the drivers seat of the rusting hulk...

-Zombie Boba Fett-
Why not ?
Oh and that's supposed to be Jango's head not a Chiss...lol, I thought these colors would look god on a frozen head, apparently I made Jango a Chiss instead...
This all started with a Star Wars Legacy Collection Boba Fett kitbashed with an Army Of Darkness Deadite.
Once the figure was assembled it was given complete coverage of an all black base coat then colors were applied.
No factory plastic or paint can be seen so everything you’re seeing has been painted by hand/brush.
Thanks to ActionFigureNews.ca member Alexander Quinn for the inspiration on the Jango Fett head & helmet, I came up with the idea that young Boba Fett kept his dad’s head/body frozen in hopes to revive him one day but as he grew older he realized he had to let go.
As a zombie he carries around his dad’s frozen/now thawing out head as a reminder to take revenge on those that had killed his father.
Zombie Boba Fett:
“He’s only good to me dead!”

Triple-T, a warm welcome indeed! Your work is meticulous and well crafted. I know a certain Walker Nut who's going to fawn all over your zombie AT-AT driver! I dig that Boba a LOT as well. Keep 'em coming, we can't wait to see more.
