I'm not an animated TCW fan.  At all.  But its hard to make a vehicle "skinny" like the figs - thankfully.  I like this shuttle and I need one for my RCs to be off-loading from.  Very cool!

I would like to see more pics of this, but I would like to have one. Don't know if this has been asked. Do you think the next slave 1 will be a repaint of the Rise of  Boba or even a larger one? That would be a big ship.

I love the idea of an even bigger one, but am thinking straight repaint of the CW Slave I that was just released. Now back onto the shuttle.

Still don't know about the playset mode. I want it, though.

I can most likely easily pass on this.  It'll be great for kids and hard core Clone Wars fans, but otherwise, I see it as an easy pass.

I was excited when I saw this. I was thinking wow it looks like it will hold a sizeable crew and 2 pilots. Now that I know the inside is a playset it is an easy pass. I may get it when I see it at TJ Maxx a year later for $40-$30. I really wish they would give us a good vehicle then a good playset sold separately.

Yepper, if you are a TCW fan this is your year. L.E. I can sure see your point about trying to incorporate a playset with a ship and missing the mark with both by trying to integrate the two. I guess folks won't know till they get their hands on it though. I can't wait to see what paint jobs and modifications the folks here give it. I could easily see Clonehead and Wraithnie acquiring a hangar full of these to integrate various paint schemes, Shark smiley cockpit anyone? ;D

Oh wow that would be awesome to see one repainted to match that Gunship. Oh my, I almost passed out as I saw a vision of Jay doing a Stealth Shark Tooth version! haha

Yepper, if you are a TCW fan this is your year.

Don't know about that, DePriest said they are scaling back the line this year and trying to manage it more closely. There were a lot more TVC figures on display in NY than TCW.

Plus no TCW mail-away promotion this year, and no TCW SDCC exclusive. (again)

No new battlepacks announced, nor any new mid-size vehicles.  ::)

I was making mention to the new sculpts you guys are getting, the mini vehicles, and the Large Scale vehicle.

The vintage line, even though new figures were shown, I don't think had as many new sculpts per the number shown as did TCW figs. As for the vehicles I didn't see any new Vintage ones either, but hey at least the mini rigs look cool for the most part. I would also think TCW folks would love the Republic Attack Shuttle.

I think it is easy for us all to get disappointed in what we see and there is no way Hasbro is ever gonna please the lot of  us so you can look at it glass half full or glass half empty. We must also remember that they generally save about half for SDCC and with CV being just last August perhaps they were a bit short with both lines as they just unveileds tons of stuff there.

As reported by Yoda's news, Hungarian collecting sitecsillagokhaboruja.com has just posted this image of the new Republic Attack Shuttle as shown at the UK toy fair. This beast reportedly comes with an exclusive pilot as well.

Thanks to yakface.com for this image

here is a link to a youtube video of the ship as posted by the site.

tHIS IS THE FIRST TIME I SEEN A PIC OF IT. I really have to have this and hang it in my basement. I have been wanting to take a pic of Ahsoka coming out of the shuttle for some time now.
