Absolutely, I like to integrate magnets into my custom work when possible such as for attaching gear, components, lightsaber blades, and more. Here's a goon from Jabba's throne room seen in Return of the Jedi.
This is a custom Star Wars THUL FAIN figure. He features a fully poseable body, soft goods inner robe, and a new resin cast head of mine.

Here's a custom Star Wars Cathar figure AHN RASI TUUM from the Star Wars Legacy comics.
This custom figure features:
-An all new exclusive resin cast head molded from the original sculpt done by me
-Sculpted necklace piece
-Custom vinyl waist belt
-Soft goods pants sewn by me
-Soft goods robe
-Custom lightsaber with magnetic attach/detach saber blade.
-All the joints are trimmed and sanded to prevent paint rub.
This custom Cathar Jedi was a commissioned piece for a very good customer of mine.
