I'm just glad I finally figured out where that connection was coming from in my brain!!  :D

The fact you actually modified the arms by extending them adds a level of impressiveness to an impressive figure.

Wow, that Female Twilek is awesome. Mr. Black is gonna like that one.

I really like the way you changed that Aayla headsculpt. Love the headdress and paint apps. The rest of the figure looks great as well, and the modifications really pay off. But it doesn't really say "Jedi" to me, mainly because of her outfit, you know. And, but that's Hasbro's doing, the pelvic area looks a bit weird. Almost as if it is backwards  :)

As I stated previously, this Female Twilek Jedi was built based upon this reference photo that I was sent by my customer who commissioned this piece. The outfit this figure is wearing is what the female twilek jedi in the reference pic is wearing with some changes made. As can be seen from the photos of the figure I have posted her pelvic area is not backwards because her butt can be seen on the backside of the figure where it belongs. Thanks for the compliments on this figure though.  ;D

I-am-Boba-Fett Customs 4/18/2014 NEW. Female Farghul MIKA completed p.36
« Reply #529 on: April 17, 2014, 08:38:40 PM »
Here is the finished figure of the female Farghul MIKA that I was commisioned to make. She is a character from the Star Wars comics. Supposedly she is not a Jedi but at some point in the comic she fights using a lightsaber. So the customer I made this for requested her to include a blaster and a lightsaber as accessories. This figure features an all new EXCLUSIVE cast head and armored upper torso molded from the original sculpts that I sculpted up. She is fully poseable too.

Here are a couple of custom figures I completed for the Rebels contest.

Here is a little Alien Droid Mechanic and a custom Astromech droid. The mechanic's and the astromech's heads are cast heads molded from the originals.

Good stuff, man!!  Love the newest additions!  (I stay with short hair or long hair all in a single bunch, because long braids going different directions plays havoc on my molding and castings!!)

Thanks DocOutlands! I cast my custom Mika head in 2 pieces. One mold is the head and the other mold is her long braids. Then I glue them to the head.
