I guess it depends on many things.  First of all, anything's worth is valued at what someone else is willing to pay for it.  A magazine can "value" an item all they want, but if the average consumer is not willing to pay that, then it's not really worth that.  Now, if you want to compare the bronze classics bust to the standard classics bust, then yes, technically the bronze version will be worth more because the edition number is lower.  I have both, and both look very nice.  On the other hand, the bronze version was an exclusive that didn't sell as much as they had hoped, so then they offered it to the general public, which drops it's value a bit.  The best way to gauge what an item is worth is to take a look ebay's completed sales and look at what others have paid.  Are you looking to buy one?  If so, I don't think I'd pay more than $35-$40 for one.
