The helmet isn't hollowed out.  And I don't know if Anakin's head would fit.  I don't have much in the Clone Wars line.  Just this, couple of Cpt. Rex, Windu, and a couple of others.

Sorry Doc.  I must say that it comes from someone else's idea when they did a shadow or something trooper with a female head.  This may not be my last one since there doesn't seem to be any female Mandos coming out any time soon from Hasbro.  There were only the two from the EE exclusive line.  Of course, those are hard to get at a reasonable price.  Ah well.

Sooo... someone *else* had the idea too???  Wow, it *was* a good one!    I have far more ideas than I have time (and skill, in some cases) to make.  Another Idea I had - for female Stormies - was to use the Cmdr Faie engineer-style body.  That sculpt's chest has what could easily pass for boob-protection curves without being obnoxious.

I don't know.  The "breast" plates seem a little too wide apart.  Just my opinion but I'd love to see what you end up with.
