Why did Cad Bane just suddenly disappear from the Clone Wars TV show?

that is an excellent question!  Watching this show, I get the feeling that they are not trying to confuse the kiddies by messing with their ADDs.  The short term memories of the kids seem to be winning out over a real plot line.

I have no inside scoop but I belive we will see cad bane again, this season.
