Thanks Serg

No problem. :) As I said on RS there are quite many armor makers and when you want to get something, the best way is to try to investigate and do a proper research. I know I read A LOT regarding helmets, armors amnd screen used props.

A short youtube video showing both the Snowtrooper helmet and the Snowtrooper Commander:

it looks like I might settle on a CAP helmet (if it's still there when I have the cash in hand) they seem pretty accurate, I guess they are based off a TE2 and thie one I'm looking at is right in my price range.

I went over the SW Helmets web site and looked at all those helmets but no one ever mentions price so unless you happen to find a web site that offers the helmets or happen to find the person that makes them you cant find prices. I have no desire to join 20 forums trying to chase down fan made props, so it is nice when someone helps out with the info but most of these 1:1 scale collectors pretty much stop helping once you tell them you cant afford the most accurate and ask about less then accurate, cheaper helmets, it's like you get snubbed if you cant afford to drop $500 on a helmet.

Well, anyway, I'll buy that CAP if it's still available.

The idea is most of these armor makers don't have a site of their own like Moncal, Laws or RS Prop Masters. Still you can get their helmets on RPF, Prop Den and FISD.

That grey Driver helmet looks great. Gonna have to get one of those myself one day. Might just keep browsing the rps and various boards. If you see one for sale (LAWS) any color I am gonna get me one of those too. Great helmet collection. I just added my first stormy. Sure looked good in the auction pics.

Thanks Shawn. That gray fiberglass AT-AT Driver helmet will be for sale in about 2 months. I just hinted about the sale possibility on SSF forums and i received 4 PM's in less than 10 minutes LOL. AT-AT lids are hard to come by.

BTW did you just say you bought a Stormtrooper helmet from ebay?

Wow, thats great. Yes, Serg I did get a helmet on ebay. And yes I know you caution against that. For 60 bucks it was just too good to pass up.

As for that Grey Bucket, I would love to get first dibs on that if you do post it up for sale.

Back on topic

The guys from the furniture company came to my house for the final measurements and they helped me with one of the shelves I needed lowered. Thus my Vader and Emperor display is ready:

And a close-up of the Elm-Studios Emperor & eFX Vader section, and the licensed Stormtrooper helmets shelf:
