Another Imperial joined my collection: Sideshow 1:6 Sandtrooper Exclusive. Again Sideshow sent the package with FedEx but this time it arrived in perfect shape not like 1:6 Vader. It was opened at customs but seems this time only opened the brown shipping box - still for that I had to pay $40 (customs charges and VAT tax).

The figure is quite cool, had to fix the chest armor making it tighter with a hairdryer, and the backpack was hard to attach with those tiny straps - at least none was broken as I read it happened to others. But I also attached the backpack with double tape so it won't be supported just by those stupid straps. I really like the Sandtrooper Rifle MG-15 (RT-97C) but the exclusive ring thing was kind of lame.

My short review on this figure:

I finally got a Gentle Giant Sandtrooper and Dewback statue - the most beautiful Gentle Giant item ever made - the details on both the lizard and the trooper are just amazing:

Thanks! I was looking for this for a very long time but always had a huge price. Mike at Razor's helped me a lot this time! Now just to find the GG Scout on Speederbike statue and I'm done with old GG statues.

Thanks. I'm not a big autograph collector like other pros, but I like getting some Imperials and some other crew.  ;)

Cool,  I have seen various version of these over the years, but this one has some interesting color to it, much nicer than the painted versions.

Thanks, it is made at Replica Prop forum, first it arrived with some caps unglued but Vince was kind enough to reglue them. It is solid aluminum with plastic caps, quite cool. :)
