Hey folks, I don't make too man SW customs these days, and most of the ones I've made are in 1/12th scale. But, this one here is an exception. I picked up the Fett Legacy pack a long while back for Jango and Boba, and really didn't have much use for the KOTOR Mando. So, I used the body and some of the parts to make another Mando, as well as some scratch-built armour, a Boba Fett helmet, and some junk fodder and accessories. Here's what I came up with: The chest plate is made from 020 styrene. I also added some vinyl strips to the helmet to tie in the design: The tunic is made from fabric...I wanted to see if I could incorporate it at this scale without it looking like the billowy soft goods of Hasbro's stuff: The rocket/power pack is removable: Thanks for looking!

Wow, Glorbes,That mando is killer! I love it!! What an excellent mix of parts and scratchbuilding! The additions to the helmet are great and I really like the backpack. You should do smaller figures more often if they are going to turn out like this!
That Vader figure is also a stunning piece of work. I can't believe you sculpted that helmet. More figures, I must have, more figure pics!!

HELL YES! ok... now that I have recovered from my shock and awe.... That mando is amazing. I love it. Pure and simple awesomeness. Honestly before I read what you had written and just glanced at the first image I thought it was a steampunk mando, which it could very well pass off as one. The subdued earth tones of the brown on brown make an awesome combination! The scratch built armor is enogh like traditional mando "fett" armor that it's recognizable but enough originality that it sets it apart from anything I've ever seen. The helmet is in it's own ball park alltogether. the added vinyl strips are an excelent touch, the antenae are also an excelent touch. but despite all of that... I think the most AMAZING part of this figure is the cloth tunic and the leather straps and holsters. THAT blows this into a whole new legue of customizing. Glorbes, you HAVE to tell me what you used to make that leather holster and give me a detailed how-to.... That is just boggling my mind how amazing it looks. Are you sure your not lying to us and that that mando figure is actually a 12inch scale? as for the other figures... without the wip pic of the stormtrooper I'd never believed you'd scratch built it! (except for the gun, that you can tell was scratch built, BUT NOT IN A BAD WAY). I would never have believed that those helmets were scratch built either... amazign work my friend.
