Well GH18 ifs its any consolation yours is the first story I have ever heard like this regarding amazon. I pretty much use them exclusively for new books and now that they are getting SW Exclusives I will probably use em more. Hands down you can't beat their prices with free shipping on orders over $25 dollars either. I am sorry you had such a horrible experience.

true, that's what made me spend that much, the exclusives an the free shipping, thanks I'll probably use their services later or sometime in the future

got my replacement slave 1 in the mail this weekend. everything was complete and the box was pristine.
