Wow, this is a difficult thread to answer in!  I've done so many, and I have many favorites for various reasons!  One of them is my anime styled Jedi Knight.  Made from a few different SW figs and the head from a Xyber9 figure, I love this one:



But I also love my custom Republic Commando Tango Squad:


There are more, but I have to list those as some of my top favorites

all my figures are my favorites....    :P   But especially my super arty figures.  I would put my shadow mando up as my favorite overal figure, followed closely by the ultimate boba... and in third place my trio of super arty scout troopers...  bottom of the list are my first customs that were basic repaints.... lol

Well, one of my favorites would have to be the camo atat driver that I did for Tamer while another or three would have to be clone commander fox with his guards, here. Of course, at the time, I was partial to this elite corps Bacura, as well.
Man, I don't know. There were so many.

I have two favorites: the Clone Assassin and the SpecOps Clone Trooper. I'm also very happy with my Firestorm evolution but these two guys are my favorites.

favorite, hmmmmm thats a tough one, ive got a lot, id have to say, my 88th Defense Regiment, 3rd Drop Company, Kel Dor Sniper and My two Mandos. Is that to many? its hard to slim the list down
